JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Customer Success Manager

As a trusted advisor, CSM will build a track record in customer success through excellent communication with stakeholders and comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform to translate their business needs to solutions. You will forge relationships with your customers and account teams, develop a deep technical understanding of their Salesforce implementation, share best practices, and adoption of proactive services. 

 

Salesforce Solution 

The Solution Architect will have responsibility for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending his/her expertise to the delivery of world class Salesforce implementations and building the necessary and valuable relationships both internally and externally in order to become recognized as a world class Business Transformation Expert.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Customer Success Manager

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer business and IT partners to understand their top business goals and priorities, act as an internal authority on your customer’s key value drivers and needs, and act as an internal point of contact on your customer to internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate the value of Signature Success. Be accountable for ensuring all stakeholders understand this value so that customers continue to renew Signature Success.
  • During infrastructure service degradations or disruptions that occur during normal business hours, provide regular updates and communications to key customer contacts. Partner with internal teams like Signature Support delivery and the Critical Incident Center for after-hours coordination. Following infrastructure incidents that impact customers, track the internal root cause analysis efforts to provide the customer a description of the cause and future prevention actions.

 

Salesforce Solution 

  • Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
  • Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations including the Salesforce product set
  • Manage discussions with various levels of customer’s business stakeholders
  • Validates solution components, leads customer walkthroughs and provides guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks to the project
  • Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements
  • Create and own user stories/business requirements document as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Customer Success Manager

  • Technical requirement Expertise in Mulesoft or TIBCO OR Boomi is requiredFlexibility in terms of AMER Shifts is required
  • 5+ years of experience building or supporting enterprise-grade Java-based or Integration or API Management systems such as Mulesoft involving cloud providers
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in troubleshooting container and container management technologies such as Docker / Kubernetes.

 

Salesforce Solution 

  • 8+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 5 years on the Salesforce platform
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including any two of the following: Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Clouds
  • Proven ability to design and optimise business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
