JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Value Manager
Customer Value Manager in Strategic Account Management is responsible for driving Business Operations, Governance of Business Practices, Ownership of Business MIS, Analytics and Customer Revenue by looking at various key insights for opportunities to take timely action and push for sale of next best product / upselling / cross-selling.
Salesforce Manager
Assist the Product Owner as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication. Provide guidance and coaching on Agile best practices to the teams and the wider organization, ensuring that Agile practices are adopted consistently across all projects. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that risks are identified and managed effectively and that the project is on track to meet its objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Value Manager
- Enable a culture of continuous improvement through insights and trends to improve internal processes, and sales parameters such as product penetration, account engagement & revenue parameters.
- Leverage data, insights and trends to support the Strategic Accounts Management team in driving KAM one-Pfizer strategy.
- Support account based marketing and value maximization insights and programs
- Conduct predictive analytics to identify potential areas for demand generation to enable proactive engagement with accounts to drive outcomes.
- Conduct monthly and weekly business and governance reviews to ensure internal adherence & quality management.
Salesforce Manager
- Manage project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards of the Salesforce Projects
- Finances & Contracts: Manage programs budget allocations; Ongoing Forecasts, Payables and Accruals;; Vendor invoice submissions; Financial Reporting to leadership/ePMO; License Management; Contract Reviews
- Project Information Systems: Project monitoring tool, Information Protection, Risk Management, Configuration Management and other Internal Project Data Tracking tools
- Project Documentation & Process Guidance: Adherence to SDLC Process and Project checkpoints; Adherence to Internal PMO processes and SOPs; Internal Project Audits; Documentation in regards MS Teams, SharePoint, Gnosis
Basic Qualifications:
Customer Value Manager
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Management/Program Management and MIS Management
- Graduation (MBA preferred). Candidates from Pharma/LifeScience/Medical Devices/ Consulting industry preferred
- Excel/Access/Database Management/Analytics skills required
- Exposure to Sales Management and Key Account Management Tools/CRM
- Absolute clarity on communication
- Good team player and great in collaboration and coordination.
Salesforce Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce CRM platform.
- 3 + working experience in scaled agile environment
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Salesforce.
- Experience working with project management / PMO methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Safe or Agile.
