JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Lead Consultant Service Management 

In Genpact Act as L1 resource as Primary SPOC for production Incidents. Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools with defined processes. Establish and maintain SOPs and create missing support documentation. Report Incident status on a regular basis in a format approved by the support Technical Leader. Coordinate with teams and onboard respective stakeholders in Incident War room call for analysis and fix.

 

Quality Engineering Lead 

Lead the quality engineering team in designing, developing, and executing automated test plans and test cases.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Lead Consultant Service Management 

  • Monitor applications based on system alerts and Alram for proactive actions.
  • Covers system planned outages, job failures,s, and end-user support.
  • Strong support experience on AWS, Python based applications.
  • Ensure all Incidents are being recorded in the ITSM tool for tracking and SLA adherence. 
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies preferred AWS.

 

Quality Engineering Lead 

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design test strategies.
  • Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Lead Consultant Service Management 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of IT service management processes.
  • Well-versed in OS including Unix, Windows, and database concepts.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.

 

Quality Engineering Lead 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
