Treasury Sales, Global Payments Solutions
Support the creation, monitoring, and review of business development activities This is a Treasury Sales Officer role, managing a portfolio of the subsidiaries of US HQ’ed Commercial Banking clients.
Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is a core business for Bank of America’s global franchise. The GPS business provides global working capital solutions including liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.
Analyst – Global Business
An ideal candidate for RDA project is expected to ensure the data lineage, controls, and transformations supporting Critical Risk Figures are documented as per the Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting – Enterprise Policy. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive data lineage documentation, enabling stakeholders to trace data from source to consumption.
Assistant Manager
This role is for a Business Analyst resource responsible for documenting detailed business requirements in support of the FCPS delivery of programs/projects in the US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM regulatory reporting groups and general ledger operations. The resource will be responsible for (1) understanding the Change, (2) defining and documenting the current state (if applicable) and target state processes and (3) ensuring collaboration with Technology teams & Users until implementation of the Change.
Roles And Responsibilities
Treasury Sales, Global Payments Solutions
- New sales wins, revenue growth and retention within a predefined portfolio as a corporate sales consultant across all BofA markets – across treasury, trade and FX
- Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients advancing the relationships from 1) access 2) dialogue 3) material relationship 4) pipeline 5) mandate, to 6) strategic advisor
- Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities through ongoing discussions with clients
- Coordinate with implementation and services teams to ensure a smooth implementation and high client satisfaction
Analyst – Global Business
- Data Governance Support: Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure that data lineage is in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaboration with IT & Business Teams: Work with IT and business units to identify key data sources, transformation rules and usage patterns.
- Regulatory and Audit Support: Provide detailed data lineage reports to support audits and regulatory compliance requests, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Metadata Management: Collaborate with metadata management teams to ensure that data lineage information is properly integrated into enterprise metadata repositories.
Assistant Manager
- Identify, analyze, monitor, and present risk factors and metrics to, and integrate with, business partners
- Perform operational controls, ensuring consistency and compliance across all functions, including procedures, critical use spreadsheets and tool inventory
- Assist with enhancing overall governance environment within the Operations space
- Partner with the IT team to perform system related design assessments, control effectiveness testing, process testing, issue resolution monitoring and supporting the sign-off by management of processes and controls in scope
- Automate production processes using Python for several risk and loss measurement statistical models.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Treasury Sales, Global Payments Solutions
- Relevant cash and trade sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional / local bank
- Proven track record in managing complex cash and trade deals for multinational corporations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business
Analyst – Global Business
- MBA from top tier college, Bachelors/Masters degree in Financial.
- 2 – 7 years.
Assistant Manager
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 2 + years (varies by location)
