About the Role

Zepto is looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to support our onboarding and HR administrative functions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources with one of India’s fastest-growing e-grocery companies. As an HR Intern, you will play an essential role in ensuring that new employees have a seamless and engaging onboarding experience while also supporting various HR-related tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at Zepto, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Collaborating with the HR team to create and organize onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Assisting in the scheduling and logistics of orientation sessions.
  • Managing initial paperwork for new hires and ensuring timely completion of all required forms.
  • Maintaining accurate records of onboarding activities and employee documentation.
  • Supporting the HR team in a range of administrative tasks related to the onboarding process.
  • Communicating with new employees regarding onboarding schedules, company policies, and benefits.
  • Gathering feedback from new hires to improve the overall onboarding experience.
  • Helping in the development of onboarding programs and training materials.

 

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of HR analytics and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining records and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
