Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Executive-BDE
- Engage proactively with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Conduct virtual demo sessions to exhibit our exceptional offerings.
- Convert prospects into valuable sales through effective counseling.
- Exceed pipeline contribution goals for remarkable revenue growth.
- Respond promptly to assigned leads, showcasing agility.
- Thrive in a metrics-driven environment, measured by weekly and monthly achievements.
Teacher
- Coding Educator:
- Expected to take online classes for children from grades 1 to 8.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Math Educator:
- Expected to take online classes for children from grades 1 to 5.
- Strong foundation in mathematics
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Tech, IT, Commerce, Math
- Good spoken english and hindi (additional) skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Super Speaker (English):
- Expected to take online classes for children from grades 2 to 8.
- Phonics certified
- Excellent spoken English skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- English Educator:
- Expected to take online classes for children aged 4 to 8 years.
- Phonics certified
- Excellent spoken English skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Sales Executive-BDE
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi/Regional Language + English .
- Zeal for an exciting sales career journey.
- Customer-focused with persuasive abilities and confidence.
- Laptop with functional audio/video plugins required.
Teacher
- Min 2 years teaching experience
- Teaching through Laptop is mandatory
- Mandatory Languages Known: English (Native/Bilingual Proficiency), Hindi (Full Professional Proficiency)
- Employment Type: Part Time Contract (4 hrs a day, 100 hrs a month)
