JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Representative
We are looking to expand our Business Development team with kickass Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The SDRs shall play a critical role to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Being the first point of contact for all the outbound engagements with Prospects, the SDRs will be thoroughly responsible for the addition of new accounts into the Sales Funnel.
Business Development Associate
Efficiently manage and execute lead generation outreach by delivering error-free communications, maintaining accurate records, and consistently tracking progress to ensure the successful acquisition of qualified leads globally.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Representative
- Research Key Accounts in the Target Industry and map Decision Makers in each account.
- Effectively establish the first level of connection with the Decision Makers through email/LinkedIn/Calls.
- Qualify Prospect requirements, map the requirements to Intugine’s product offerings, schedule VCs, and route the opportunity to Account Executives.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects on CRM throughout, owning and exceeding sales development targets.
- Constantly evaluate for Sales Enablement tools to potentially pace up unlocking new opportunities.
Business Development Associate
- Sending the initial message to leads (message templates and guidelines will be provided).
- Ensuring messages are free from spelling errors and correctly addressed, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Sharing a report at the end of each workday outlining tasks completed.
- Regularly updating KPIs and tracking progress.
- Scraping potential leads and validating email addresses to ensure accuracy.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Sales Representative
- Understanding or experience in Lead Generation/Customer Facing Roles
- Experience / Internship done in SaaS, IoT/Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain is a Plus.
- Great Communication Skills (Verbal and Written – Emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp)
- Basic Understanding of Sales and Lead Generation Process, Contact Extraction Tools, and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Ability to effectively communicate with decision makers and end users.
- Strong phone presence and comfortable making several calls during the day
Business Development Associate
- A detail-oriented individual (a must for sending messages as every message is a reflection of us and not just you).
- Able to check for typos, etc. (a huge part of this role is following the instructions we give you exactly how we give them).
- Excellent communication skills (if something doesn’t make sense to you, please ask as we are here to help you).
