JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service
As a Member Support Agent, you will be helping businesses across the India Operations to become success stories every day. You’ll love talking to people and have an empathetic nature along with a passion for solving customer problems. You will play a key part in helping Tide expand by providing around the clock support, every day of the year.
Senior Product Manager
You’ll have the opportunity to bring vision to life while playing a leading role within Tide’s Product and Finance teams. You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals and collaborate closely with senior leadership to research, build, ship, and improve the product.
Roles And Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Spotting patterns is second nature to you, and you’re always ready to highlight areas that can be improved
- Juggling priorities to ensure that members get the best support experience
- Getting to grips with tough banking challenges like unfamiliar transactions, missing payments, and direct debits
- Enjoy helping mentor new members of the team, and support them with your wisdom and experience and help out with common back office tasks
Senior Product Manager
- Owning and defining the strategy and product vision for Tide’s SAP implementation, ensuring alignment with the needs of the finance teams, management, and regulatory requirements.
- Balancing strategy (collecting, storing, organising, sharing), governance, and implementation.
- Facilitating conversations between all impacted stakeholders, including executives, finance, risk & compliance teams, and regional business heads.
- Enabling Finance teams to follow best practices and utilise analytics effectively.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- You have 1-4 years of experience as a customer support associate
- Ability to use industry tools like Kustomer, Zendesk, GSuite, and Jira
- You are confident talking with our customers to help them get the most from their current account
- Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
- You are always on the lookout for recurring issues and help create new workflows to solve them
Senior Product Manager
- You have at least five years of experience building/implementing SAP products or working extensively with data migration, system integration, and best practices.
- You understand what good looks like for SAP finance, have a background in finance (ideally), and can translate customer needs into technical requirements, prioritising a backlog for implementation engineers/consultants.
- You possess technical knowledge and experience with SAP and API-based products.
- You have deployed SAP instances in a company before, either as a Product Manager or Lead Functional Consultant.
