JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide customer support.
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
- Relevant experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Good customer handling skills.
- Should be comfortable working for Night shifts & Voice process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various entities at the same time.
- Effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Under Graduates, Graduates and Postgraduates
- Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off
- 2-way cab facility provided
- Freshers are also eligible.
- Min 3 Years or more in an international process with minimum 2 years of experience in Chat preferred (For Customer Service Team Lead)
