- Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day customer service operations
- Maintain daily activities and routines.
- Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.
- Oversee daily customer service operations and manage infrastructure.
- Maintain routine activities and workflows.
- Ensure technical support is provided efficiently and effectively in line with SLAs.
- Plan activities and oversee change management processes
