JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Associate
The role of Business Associate will be to own User Journeys and Discounts for the Dineout Category. This will involve identifying organic use cases which Dineout can own and acquire users from within Swiggy. The person will also be responsible for managing the Discount charter for the category to bring efficiencies. working with different teams on moving these to produce uplift the category.
Cluster Manager
The role holder is expected to oversee the onboarding and account management activities of the team on the ground regularly. Meet top accounts consistently to understand partner mindset, investment appetite, growth goals to grow the business. Resolve queries and objections posed by the partners and support the front line in meeting their targets. Review Team performance periodically, provide inputs and timely feedback for course correction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Associate
- Define and manage User journeys with end-to-end ownership, provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation
- Identify organic use cases for different cohorts of users and make coherent journeys involving on/off app user touchpoints
- Identify existing white spaces in user’s journey on Swiggy and where we can pitch Dineout to users with non monetary benefits to increase user acquisition
- Work with cross-functional teams to ideate, iterate and run experiments to improve the performance of journeys through product and non-product levers
Cluster Manager
- Discuss the P & L of the top restaurant partners to enable them see performance opportunities/misses; analyze revenue expectations and investment capability.
- Structure the commercial understanding between the account and Swiggy for existing and new accounts and propose revisions/changes seasonally or when agreed upon.
- Articulate insights that can help partners in taking necessary corrective actions for growth by activating the right growth metrics/levers
- Meet the competitor’s top accounts to gather insights on competitor actions and propose counter measure
Basic Qualifications:
Business Associate
- High performer with 2-4 years of experience with strong problem solving, stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into objective tasks that can be broken down into steps and then be actioned individually.
- A high bias for action in driving projects from ideation to execution. Ability to work with ambiguity and having a growth mindset.
Cluster Manager
- Graduate with 4-6 years of field sales experience; Fluency in local language and working knowledge of English
- Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels. Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.
- Confident, Pleasing, and a go-getter personality. Effective communication skills. Attitude & Aptitude for Sales. Analytical, good Excel skills. The candidate has to be flexible, restaurant owners do not operate on 9-to-5 schedules
