Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Utilize quantitative analysis, data mining, and visualization to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Oversee data collection and tracking implementation, coordinating with engineering and product teams for accurate data gathering.
- Establish A/B testing rigor and create guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct focused analyses to generate actionable insights for specific business challenges.
- Effectively communicate findings to influence product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 0-1 year of experience in analytics, with knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
