JOB DESCRIPTION
Consultant – Talent Acquisition (HR)
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for assisting in full life cycle recruiting to support the current and forecasted hiring needs of Brightly by sourcing, interviewing, establishing trust and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the new hire and onboarding process. He/she must have a natural ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, staffing agents and candidates while being adaptable, flexible and innovative in the recruitment processes to continually support the Brightly culture.
Associate- Financial Audit, Financial Planning and Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:
Consultant – Talent Acquisition (HR)
- Work with Hiring Managers and drives the recruiting process for all potential candidates followed by supporting a flawless onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and staffing agents.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
- Work with the Hiring Manager to keep up to date on the latest and greatest sourcing tools, techniques and programs.
Associate- Financial Audit, Financial Planning and Analysis
- Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
- Design and implement comprehensive audits to address the identified risks. Enhance and challenge existing audit techniques.
- Develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
- Independently drive assurance objectives during fieldwork, including partner interviews and technical evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
Consultant – Talent Acquisition (HR)
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience in core IT and technical hiring domain.
- Successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing mid-senior level passive candidates
- Use talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
- Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
Associate- Financial Audit, Financial Planning and Analysis
- Strong academic background including an Accountancy degree (Chartered Accountants preferred), master’s degree in Finance and/or Business.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in industries similar to Siemens (Project business, Manufacturing, Product business, Software) or comparable experience within Siemens, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting or consulting firm – Statutory Audit or Financial due diligence preferred.
- Necessary skills, experience, and motivation to develop out of Controlling and Finance Assurance department within 3-5 years and move into a business role at Siemens.
