Specialist Customer Success Manager

The Specialist Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with our solutions. The S-CSM works to increase customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio.

You will leverage pro-active sourcing skills to attract passive talent as well as active job-seekers. Partner with Hiring Managers to educate on talent availability and advise on recruiting strategies. We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Attraction Partner to join our enthusiastic team based out of Bangalore campus office.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Specialist Customer Success Manager

  • Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your CSM team, that enhances your support into the S-CSM/E-CSM role, a critical customer facing function within our dynamic Customer Success board area.   
  • Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.  
  • Enhance skills around your solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization. 
  • Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior S-CSM professional in the field.

 

HR

  • Sourcing technology talent through a variety of methods including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping.
  • Screening resumes to determine preliminary matches and conducting phone and/or video conference interviews to qualify candidates
  • Initiating interview scheduling using the applicant tracking system which engages our Recruiting Operations team to schedule the interview
  • Posting open positions on external internet sites and our internal website.
  • Engaging other specialist HR teams engaged in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation and onboarding in a timely manner

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Specialist Customer Success Manager

  • 2-3 years of work experience with a proven record of supporting customers and business transformation, preferably from consulting, sales and/or account management that includes resolution and escalation management. 
  • Multi-dimensional experience: global experience, leadership role, entrepreneurial/self-starter, volunteerism, music, sports, etc. 
  • Strong communication skills including fluency in English and local language. 
  • Proficient interpersonal skills including passion, curiosity, effective listening skills, professional presence, empathy and “can-get-it-done” mentality. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions in a complex, matrixed environment. 

 

HR

  • 4-8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in IT or Sales recruitment with a product or services/consulting organization
  • Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, across regions and teams
  • Inform company’s strategic direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.)
  • Have solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing. Knowledge of the technology, consulting or sales talent market and the software/tech industry is essential
