Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.
Roles And Responsibilities
Business Development Manager
- Leading commercial negotiations on behalf of Revolut with key partners (agencies, vendors), catering to the needs of the business while ensuring maximum value and optimising cost
- Diving deep into various projects and team needs, understanding the business requirements and negotiating terms that support our operations and objectives
- Running RFPs to identify the most suitable partners for our business
- Creating, owning, and presenting bespoke business cases and forecasting for key deals to top leadership at Revolut
- Managing various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, planning contingencies, and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting forward-looking analysis on current/future vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvement
Strategy & Operations Manager
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut’s hyper growth
- Leading and executing (end to end) core infrastructure projects
- Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Business Development Manager
- 1–3 years experience in a consulting firm/internal consulting division with experience in cost optimisation, financial transformation, or corporate strategy
- Demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Robust analytical skills
Strategy & Operations Manager
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience on coding on SQL/Python or R is mandatory
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
- Interest in the financial industry
