JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Finance & Accounts

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

 

Analyst HR Ops

A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Finance & Accounts 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities assigned transaction processing for a specific process or
  • group of processes with the teams.
  • Meeting the SLA’s and assigned volume on daily basis
  • Ensuring compliances/ adherence to internal policies as per Internal Controls
  • Understand the overall ERP system and Shared services system interfaces and processes,
  • suggesting improvements in the existing system and processes

 

Analyst HR Ops

  • Managing end to end Onboarding, renewal and offboarding process for third party contingent Workforce.
  • SoW /Addendum creation
  • Managing business and stakeholders
  • Ensuring all Onboarding, renewal and offboarding process for third party contingent Workforce is done on timely basis
  • Compliant with the process
  • Ensuring meeting KPI’s/SLA on timely basis

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

Finance & Accounts || Analyst || Accounts Payable and Receivable

 

  • Year of experience required- Freshers
  • Qualifications- Any UG or PG in commerce field.

 

Analyst HR Ops

  • Essential: Graduate with preferably some prior experience in HR shared services/ Policy & Processes, Onboarding and offboarding process
  • Year of experience required- 1yr 
  • Qualifications- Any UG or PG
