Roles And Responsibilities
Associate Manager
- Interact closely with business partners to facilitate the issuance process effectively. Lead negotiations with partners to streamline underwriting rules, ensuring inclusivity for all customers.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the life insurance industry to contribute to business growth strategies. Maintain open communication channels with underwriting and business teams to optimize sales experiences.
- Employ a meticulous approach to ensure zero business loss through process enhancements. Implement structural improvements with a customer-centric focus.
- Identify and address issues within the customer journey, negotiating process changes with partners. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor USPs to drive process enhancements.
Financial Analyst/Associate Manager, Account Receivables
- Reviewing of the RBI reporting related compliances
- Reconciliation of the revenue as per various internal systems in the organisation
- Formalising the SOP for various accounting processes (both operations and control process) along with the necessary accounting treatments.
- Preparing the RCM across processes at system and manual level and driving the ICFR control process review with the internal and external audit teams along with the recommended system/process changes.
Customer Experience Specialist, Stock Broking
- Act with integrity & think customer-first in every interaction. Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries
- Ability to flex between phone & data channels. Follow specified process guidelines to bring about resolution
- Build customer trust through their interaction. Ability to meet hourly & daily productivity goals
- Leverage internal processes and resources to drive resolution
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Manager
- Must have a background in Life Insurance and Insurance technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 1-3+ years of proven experience in operations/business within the Life Insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with business partners.
Financial Analyst/Associate Manager, Account Receivables
- CA with 1-2 year of experience in a Controllership role. Fintech experience will be preferred.
- Expertise knowledge in working with MS Office
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong Bias for action, problem solving and ownership
Customer Experience Specialist, Stock Broking
- Have excellent written and verbal communications. Have good learnability. Be an active listener and deal well with objection
- Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
- Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
- 0 – 2 years of work experience in a customer facing role
