JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant Manager Business Development
You will enhance and develop Paytm Insider’s brand presence, increasing market awareness across NCR, MP, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Jammu, Himachal and Uttarakhand.
Social Media Graphic Designer
As a Creative Social Media Designer specialising in events, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that drives excitement and attendance for our events across various social media platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and event teams to create visually stunning graphics, videos, and assets that resonate with our target audience and reflect the unique spirit of each event.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assistant Manager Business Development
- Lead negotiations for new business contracts and deals.
- Monitor competitors and evaluate Paytm Insider’s offerings in response to market developments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies. Align strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales efforts and revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Social Media Graphic Designer
- Develop innovative and eye-catching visual content (graphics, animations, videos) tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to promote upcoming events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and event objectives.
- Understand, monitor and analyse social media channels/activities to optimise content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
Assistant Manager Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the event Industry in Account Management. Minimum 2 years in Sales.
Social Media Graphic Designer
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in branding and social media design, preferably in the field of events and experiences and a portfolio that extensively shows your work in these areas.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for event based engagements.
