JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Assistant Manager Business Development

Enhance and develop Paytm Insider’s brand presence, increasing market awareness. Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies. Align strategies with company goals and market trends.

 

Areas Service Lead

QR & Sound Box is one of Paytm‘s business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology. This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s QR Code & Sound Box business in Indian merchants. Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR/Soundbox deployment. Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations. 

 

Roles And Responsibilities

 

Assistant Manager Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various genres and the entertainment ecosystem.
  • Lead negotiations for new business contracts and deals.
  • Monitor competitors and evaluate Paytm Insider’s offerings in response to market developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive sales efforts and revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

 

Areas Service Lead

  • Team Management (Service FSEs).
  • SLA Management- Ticket Closure of both Proactive and Reactive Merchants issues.(device related).
  • Material Management from Hub to FSE.(Fwd and Reverse Logistics).
  • Upselling Skill.
  • Analytical and Data Manager.
  • Trainer Mindset.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

Assistant Manager Business Development

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the event Industry in Account Management. Minimum 2 years in Sales.

 

Areas Service Lead

  • Strong service background
  • Industry- DTH/Broadband/Consumer Electronics etc.
  • Local market knowledge
  • Strong understanding of stock handling/ inventory management
