JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operations Management Day-to-Day operations support.
- Booking management on OS, such as refunds, check-in denials, No shows and booking status modifications Performance management of account.
- GX and revenue Resolving all partner issues through chat and email. Executing the given SOPs and proactively working on all process improvement initiatives.
- Listing Support – Manage and modify OTA listings for hotels Partner Support.

- Reconciliation Support – Assistance in understanding Reconciliation statements and waivers & dispute management.

- Resolve pricing & inventory queries with the support of the revenue team.
- Support the self-check in properties with chat and calls.
