JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Shell account team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering more value with less emissions, aligning with Shell’s four-part Powering Progress strategy: generating shareholder value, achieving net-zero emissions, powering lives, and respecting nature. You’ll be part of a dynamic, global team consisting of 20 different nationalities, working together to drive innovation and sustainability.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll lead the charge in orchestrating new business and operations alongside our dedicated customer success team in India. We will unite globally as One Microsoft across all solution areas, but you will be responsible for leading one end-to-end. India’s strategic location offers unparalleled insights into Shell’s Global Functions and Business Operation Centers, while also delving deep into Shell’s Project & Technology business.
You’ll collaborate with a counterparts in for example Malaysia and receive support from one of our Technology Strategists, ensuring you have all the tools to drive success.

- Customer Obsession: Demonstrate customer obsession by driving business value to Shell and demonstrating that Microsoft is focused on their success.
- Industry Relevant Trusted Seller: Drive growth opportunities gaining deep insights into Shell’s strategy, and building trust with Business stakeholders to generate new opportunities.
- Deliver Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence, with consistency, rigor, and scale to create sustained impact and a differentiated Customer Experience.
