FP&A Manager – Region Expense Management
The FP&A Manager – Region Expense Management will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Services business. They will monitor and manage regional expenses, prepare and analyze financial reports, and drive strategy and business process improvement using financial tools and models. This role also supports finance business partners globally and regionally with data analysis and feedback.
Lead / Senior Content Strategy Analyst
In Mastercard Content Strategy and Development (CS&D) provides the technical and operational information that customers and stakeholders need to do business with Mastercard. CS&D is committed to driving the business goals of Mastercard by maximizing the impact of content.
Roles and Responsibilities:
FP&A Manager – Region Expense Management
- Lead the regional expense forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Emphasize regional reporting and management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize regional, product, and business unit plans.
- Provide periodic (monthly, quarterly, FY) reporting and forecast support to ensure comprehensive financial oversight.
- Drive strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools for analysis and modeling.
- Communicate across various stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization.
Lead / Senior Content Strategy Analyst
- Work with cross-functional teams and multiple Business/Product Owners to create original content and update existing technical content
- Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function
- Ensure updates are made to content in accordance to the CS&D writing standards
- Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers
- Author in XML or markdown, a tool utilized for content creation and editing
- Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such as PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation
Basic Qualifications:
FP&A Manager – Region Expense Management
- Experience leading and managing a diverse group of stakeholders; develop and leverage key relationships to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
- Ability to model and perform predictive analytics to review financial and operational scenarios and outcomes.
- Experience operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group; demonstrate strong leadership and influence skills.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; drive best practices and standards across the finance function.
Lead / Senior Content Strategy Analyst
- Quick learner, adaptive to organizational culture, technical acumen, strong communication (written and verbal) skills. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills. Advanced interpersonal skills, serving as an ambassador for standards
- Team player, ability to interact and consult with various levels throughout the organization to cultivate and expand partnerships. Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism, accountability, and empowerment to drive results
- Ability to work independently including problem-solve and troubleshoot. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and other authoring tools, such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, XML, xMetal, and Visual Studio Code
