Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently.
- Successfully implementing complex technology assets and delivering the most challenging transformation programs to create the new business as usual.
- Strengthening client’s internal skills, knowledge and experience in critical areas.
- Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices.
- This role within Digital Labs act as a lead sprint master for facilitating all product development engagements on behalf of customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- This role is a key customer focused role for Digital Labs which requires a confident, experienced facilitator with a deep understanding and experience in core disciplines of – ideation methodologies, rapid prototyping, design sprints and agile product management.
- Embody the role of an engagement lead for a portfolio of initiatives, and supporting lead-in activities in preparation for sprint events I.e. creation/review of client innovation briefs, set-up for face-to-face as well as virtual events and etc.
- Develop & mature existing LaaS service offerings, which includes product development sprints; customer testing; tech-build; thought leadership events; and pilot.
- Drive co-creation of design with our partners in financial services, airlines, commence and other industry verticals.
- Proactively advise and position our partners to take advantage of market catalysts including disruptive new technologies such as Open Banking, Crypto, VR and AR to drive new products such as decentralised finance and evolving new capabilities within mobile handsets on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Explore and support development of Mastercard Labs’ relationships with external parties such as other innovation entities, Labs organizations, and colleges/universities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
- Fluent local office language and English required, other languages desirable
- Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
