JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Central Operations role within KPMG Global Services (KGS). He will be aligned to the KDN OpCo Practice Operations Management team and will be responsible for end-to-end development cycle, translating business leads requirements into functional specifications, an ambitious individual who can work under supervision of senior towards agreed goals and targets. We seek an applicant who will thrive in an open, dynamic, flexible, spirited, collaborative environment. This role primarily includes contract drafting, MIS reporting and other day-to-day operational support activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting of SoW and MFE
- Assist in MARS code creations
- Maintaining repository/ trackers for all contracts
- Assist on change request updates
- Adherence to SOP’s
- Collaborate with global teams for onboarding/offboarding candidates and maintaining up to date records
- Generating and maintaining other day to day MIS data and updating stakeholders.

- Comfort working in both a team environment and in a self-directed role
- Relationship building and stakeholder management across KDN teams
- Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize, and get things done

- Detail oriented, creative, personable, flexible, strong interpersonal skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft office (outlook, excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic and have a “can do” positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx tools is a plus
