JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Johnson & Johnson- The position requires a in depth knowledge of Anatomy, Procedural Knowledge and Exclusive Products used in various listed Procedures. Core responsibilities include extensive coverage of all major & minor Hospitals performing Key surgeries Procedures across Delhi . Job involves maintaining a high degree of KOL relationships with all key customer under his / her jurisdiction. Achieve 100% Sales Targets for the Year with delivering sustainable growth as per organization strategy. Organize and work in collaboration with other Team members to conduct value-based MDA / Profed Programs in above mentioned speciality and create high standards of engagement Platform with Key Customers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Sales Turnover

  • Sell franchise products/ implants within a territory
  • Sell Equipment/ Machine and close their Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC)
  • Work closely with Biomedical teams, Purchase Department of Hospitals to generate demand and negotiate and close deals for Power Systems

Customer In-service Education & Training

  • Work with manager to identify customer in-service needs to support use of products efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of customers – CSSD team, OT In-charge and Biomedical person
  • With assistance, co-ordinate and deliver in-services education sessions

Key Account Management

  • With guidance, prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth
  • Identify and document key customers and decision makers
  • Identify and optimize cross selling opportunities and work with managers/colleagues to realize these
  • Manage Key account consigned inventory and maintenance of consigned instruments
  • Provide customer support on inventory, within company guideline

 

Basic Qualifications 

 

  • Science graduate preferred
  • You will have minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Medical Devices Selling (Pune)
  • 2-3 years of Related Experience in Medical Devices Industry/ Pharma Industry Preferably Medical Devices.
