Roles and Responsibilities:
- Freelancer
- Acquire new customers
- Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Sales Specialist / Associate
- Ensure acquisition in focussed markets
- Direct customer sales through events
- On-boarding & operationalisation of retail outlet as Jio Associate
- Business Operations
- Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets
- Optimize cost and productivity Centre
- Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre
- Marketing
- Driving revenue through overall coordination with corporate marketing communication team guiding the communication across various avenues and mediums in states with a focussed effort to create,execute and measure lead operational program specific to geography
- Product Management
- Consolidated project plan (for the area under scope)
- MIS on project progress
- Interface management & issue resolution
- Finance Compliance & Accounting
- Providing support to the FC&A teams across businesses in the day to day activities
- Ensuring adherence to centralized processes and systems
- Supply Chain
- Ensure planning of spares required in the service center store
- Confirm stock parts received from warehouse/ vendor are proper
- Conduct weekly stock checking of products on random basis
- Ensure zero stock discrepancy
- Manage stock and inventory as per business requirement.
