JOB DESCRIPTION
- Will be responsible for HNI client acquisition, equity advisory and dealing.
- Achieve Business Objectives of sales numbers, revenue and product mix.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Improve business generation from new and existing clients
- Implement marketing campaigns, attend networking events, and leverage social media to attract potential customers.
- Offer upselling and cross-selling opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and introduce loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
- Cement existing relationships, develop new ones; strong service attitude.
- Strengthen current client relationships while also forming new connections.
- Regularly communicate with clients, understand their needs, and deliver consistent value. Personalize interactions and offer customized solutions.
- Identify the customer requirement and need gaps and work towards bridging the same
- Understand and address customer needs that are not currently being met.
- Compare current offerings with customer expectations to find areas lacking in service or product features.
