JOB DESCRIPTION
HP- SPOS Analyst is a global role responsible for generating business insights by pulling data from different sources, mining the data, creating dashboards. This role involves engaging with markets at a worldwide level, reviewing programs and coordinating with delivery and cross-functional teams. He/she will develop the business cases, help analyzing business needs and requirements as well document business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes:
Pulling Reports:
- Create and maintain reports for business operations and strategy development.
Data Mining:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate useful business reports.
Dashboards:
- Develop and update data dashboards to track business performance.
- Use visualization tools to present data in an accessible way.
- Present data-driven recommendations to the management team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate Degree in Sales, Business Administration,Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
