Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development and refinement of People Team Policies with a keen focus on statutory compliance. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment
  • Take charge of monthly payroll processing, PF operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations
  • Develop plans to enhance day-to-day operations, incorporating insights from employee feedback and industry best practices
  • Oversee and optimize HR tools, ensuring their effective utilization for streamlined processes
  • Coordinate employee National Pension System (NPS) accounts and manage linking processes to ensure seamless benefits access
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, fostering a positive experience for new hires and departing employees
  • Aid in developing and maintaining compensation philosophies, benchmarking, and salary range structures
  • Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong performance and delivery in prior roles. Proven ability to pioneer and implement innovative human resource solutions in complex, evolving business contexts.
  • Advanced data-oriented mindset, with experience in preparing, maintaining, and presenting sophisticated HR reports, analytics, and dashboards
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, compliances, PF, company audits, and insurance administration. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations | Top talent in every role
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software. Efficient oversight of Payroll & PF vendors for accurate processing and compliance. Ensuring rigorous adherence to audit standards and regulatory requirements are met.
