Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Relationship Manager

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    – Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
    – Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients’ needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Groww AMC’s product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.
    – Educate clients on various investment products, including mutual funds, SIPs, and other financial instruments.
  • Sales and Business Development: Actively contribute to the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new clients and expanding the business with existing clients.
    – Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for client acquisition.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
    –  Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, and concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
    – Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on client engagement, AUM growth, and other key performance indicators.
    – Provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes.

 

Customer Success Executive

● Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
● Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
● Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
● Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Preferred

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

Relationship Manager

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Customer Success Executive

 

● Undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
● 50% cutoff – 10th, 12th and Graduation.
● No backlogs and Gap years during education
