JOB DESCRIPTION

 

EY – As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

  • The candidate would be required to work in collaboration with Assistant Manager/Team Lead/POC to provide administrative support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide operation support for various administrative projects including but not limited – mailbox management, managing databases, creation and release of periodic reports, work MS-excel reporting, Content Management, web-based publication support, working on dashboard creations and data analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative issues and communicating appropriately to the Team Lead or POC.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Review of experience Management activities (Demand trackers, bench Management, Tool updates) and Database Management.
  • Good analytical skills and generate reports and dashboards (Availability and Variance reports etc).
  • Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving.
  • Mentor and provide on the job training for new associates.
  • Proficient in MS office package and Intermediary level of expertise in data Visualization tools.
  • Effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates
  • Database management and reconciliation.
  • Basic Dashboard and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in consulting business.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
