JOB DESCRIPTION
Process Associate
OFSS BPO is looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months and up to 3 years of work experience to work on back-office processes for the Correspondent Mortgage Divisions of its US Residential Mortgage client. Candidates with US Residential Mortgage / Financial Services experience will be preferred. Candidates with Financial Services experience working in Domestic BPO can also apply.
Inside Sales Representative
- Support Applications Field Sales to sell Oracle SaaS (New & Expansion) products by identifying new prospects, building relationships, determining needs, and managing the opportunity throughout the entire sales process to completion and close (for volume deals).
- To sell Oracle solutions via phone and digital means leveraging social media platforms.
- Working closely with and utilizing all other Oracle resources such as Sales Consultants, Demand/Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to create demand for Oracle SaaS Solutions.
- Sales planning and forecast management through the collection of feedback, market information and industry trends, product requirement, and competitive issues.
- Build the value proposition for the customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process Associate
- Data Entry of around 100-150 fields on client Loan Origination Platform/system. Inside Sales Representative will have to pull up various loan documents from clients imaging system to find required information to be entered
- Indexing of Loan Documents of the borrower per Standard Operating Procedures
- Review all loan documents & match/complete the information on client funding system that is used to register & fund all loans
- Figure out discrepancies in the information entered on the system against the loan documents
- Add suspense condition in case any documents are missing or incomplete
- Run Compliance Ease test on the loan to assess risks & the auditor regulatory exposure. Compliance Ease determines if the loan meets the requirement of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, FHLB, secondary market investors & regulators etc.
Inside Sales Representative
- Support Applications Field Sales to achieve Oracle SaaS deals that are <50K ARR USD, for volume deals (N&E). Generation, development, and management of sales leads.
- Ownership of Oracle Systems deals in his/her patch, with alignment to their territory and direction from Field Sales.
- Execute business and territory plans which focus on Oracle Business activities.
- Demonstrate clearly and continually a “customer-centric” approach during all customer interactions. Manage a commercial relationship with the customer and maintain customer data through the identification and evaluation of – the customer’s product requirement.
- Work with supporting Oracle Eco-System (e.g. Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, Business Development Consultants) to create demand for agreed Oracle SaaS solutions, and assist in the identification and implementation of effective Sales Programs to generate new business opportunities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Process Associate
- Preferably a Commerce Graduate – B. Com (H) and (P); BBA, BCA, Economics Graduates can also apply.
- Experience- Min: Yrs. 0.5 Max: Yrs. 3
- Proficiency in MS Office, IT support applications and other BPO related applications
- Good Typing skills with high Accuracy levels (30-35 words per minute, Accuracy of 90-95%)
- Good Analytical Skills / Problem Solving skills
- Good Decision-making skills
- Flexible with shift timings
Inside Sales Representative
- Minimum of 3-4 years consultative sales experience in the IT industry with a passion for Cloud solutions.
- An analytical mind and experience with strong solution selling skills.
- Familiar with social media tools and technologies.
- Sound understanding of the India SAAS IT market.
- Experience in managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Experience in selling or positioning cloud solutions in SaaS would be an advantage.
