Cash & Analyst
The Cash & Collat. Mgmt. Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
Client Onboard Rep
The Client Onboard Rep performs relatively complex assignments. Has direct impact on the business by ensuring the quality of the tasks or services provided. Works under little to no direct supervision. May service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Cash& Mgmt Analyst
- Responsible for the efficient and proper utilization of cash & collateral tClient Onboard Repoughout the firm, and its subsidiaries, on both a domestic and international basis
- Working with the funding and credit relations groups, will analyze cash flow, use of cash capital and collateral, transfer of funds (intra-company and with outside parties), bank account usage, bank compensation, and flow-tClient Onboard Repough of funds
- Establish controls for all cash & collateral movements and cash usage and coordinate activities with auditing functions
- Monitor portfolios and associated exposure to ensure collateral is requested from internal and external counterparties in a timely manner
Client Onboard Rep
- Processes client’s requests related to system set up including signatories’ updates and documentation lodgment.
- Co-operates with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
- Applies appropriate bank’s regulations while processing the requests. Remains up to date with the current procedures, internal rules, external regulations, and follows the changes in the aforementioned documents.
- Performs other crucial tasks instructed by supervisors, e.g. participation in trainings, projects, conference calls, systems’ testing.
Basic Qualifications:
Cash & Mgmt Analyst
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Outlook, computer literate and ability to grasp several in house systems quickly
- Good attention to detail, combined with analytical stills
Client Onboard Rep
- Previous experience in financial services preferred.
- Knowledge of bank products in the scope of opening and maintaining of bank accounts Customer communication experience (internal/external). Knowledge on the field of finances and banking.
- High School diploma or equivalent
