Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Help find applicants via job sites, university recruitment, and other methods.
- Candidate Screening: Examine applications and resumes, and perform a preliminary screening to determine a candidate’s fit for the position.
- Organizing Interviews: Plan and Organize interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Database Management: Keep the daily trackers updated with candidate data and the hiring procedure.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of interesting material to support employer branding campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate with a degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and robust organizational capabilities.
- Qualities: Initiative and eagerness to learn.
- The ability to work from our office is a requirement.
