JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will primarily involve Business Communications. The Communications will include all aspects of the business such as Organisational announcements, Hybrid working, D&I, Learning and Development, Newsletters, leadership messages etc.
Being a part of the team the role will also involve administering of Finance Academy platform and assist in other training related tasks and projects working closely with all Finance teams globally to constantly improve colleague experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing Finance Communications India Mailbox
- Ensuring all communications are in line with the communication guidelines and the organizations policies and Values
- Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders across Finance and being eth POC for all communications related queries/support
- Events management: a key part of the role will involve supporting BM team and leadership with managing events end to end
- Leadership Visits: being the POC for leadership visits (planning agenda, events etc)
- Act as a contact point for training queries
- Test and communicate about new release, produce user guides and tailored system documentation
- Creating and approving POs and managing communications with Sourcing and professional qualifications team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate (any stream)
- Strong communication both written and verbal, training and facilitation skills
- Team player and good attention to detail
- To be able to look into details and follow policies & guidelines
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (especially Mailbox) and digital solutions
- Understanding of Finance functions
- Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in difficult situation and strong time-keeping skill
