The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization.
Assistant Manager
In Bank of America Tax Team is responsible for preparation and filing of Federal, State and International Tax returns. Team is also responsible for preparation of Book to Tax Adjustments and various other workpapers required for preparation of returns.
Officer, Client Service Associate/Treasury Service Advisor

Roles And Responsibilities
Analyst
- Perform comprehensive and in–depth company and industry research and comparable company analyses
- Develop and maintain financial models for a company or set of companies
- Support various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
- Prepare presentations and other materials for client pitchbooks
- Prepare credit approval memos and marketing materials (offering memoranda) to assist in the deal review process
Assistant Manager
- Reporting for all legal entity sub consolidations, including legal entity tax expense recorded, variance analysis, deferred reporting.
- Review tax journal entries computed for tax expense and deferred for each legal entity sub consolidation and confirm the tax entries have been recorded properly in the GL which include reviewing the reasonableness of book adjustments, permanent and temporary differences, including performing
- Preparation of footnote for sub consolidation legal entity Audited Financial Statement filers, regulatory filers and FDICIA reporting
- Identify, analyze, monitor, and present risk factors and metrics to, and integrate with, business partners
- Proactively solve challenges with process design deficiencies, implementation and remediation efforts
Officer, Client Service Associate/Treasury Service Advisor
- Log, investigate and resolve all enquiries in a timely/accurate manner in accordance with Service Levels
- Undertake regulatory remediations and ensure closures within designated timelines
- Provide consistent service and keep clients informed on status of all outstanding enquiries. Periodic analysis of client enquiry statistics to identify trends and recurring issues
- Routine dialogue with client to understand key requirements, pro-active engagement for outstanding enquiries / deliverables. Liaise with local / regional operations at all levels for timely and accurate resolution of queries
- Work with team, business partners, Wire Investigations team and clients to provide and promote quality service solutions
