JOB DESCRIPTION
Officer, Markets Support Analyst
This role will be part of Global Markets Operations and will be assigned to Corporate FX and FX Options/ Derivatives desk primarily for the sake of underlying exposures. The team is responsible for trade validation, Affirmation, confirmation, Settlement and reconciliation of OTC FX Contracts. The team also is responsible for NFRR. The candidate knowledge of applicable rules, laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
Assistant Manager
This position/role requires interaction across multiple business partners to aide in determining key priorities and project direction for their team. Key functions involve working with the Transformation pillar teams to setup the data infrastructure, data mart designs and maps, maintain repository of centralized data definitions and methodologies, working with other partners within Client protection group to understand data needs, share reporting with leadership, and establish routines with various stakeholders for data reviews and make recommendations where gaps exist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Officer, Markets Support Analyst
- Well versed with OTC FX Processing.
- Ensure accurate processing of trades.
- Maker role for some of the desk activities.
- Engage with Stakeholders including Business, Compliance, Finance, Technology for constructively resolving any queries.
- Participate in various process improvement initiatives/ projects as required.
Assistant Manager
- Support data management and setup of Enterprise wide data marts and table views.
- Support Adhoc reports across the FCSO Enterprise. Support reporting and analytics for Consumer, Non-Consumer, and Billing Dispute products / channels.
- Work with cross functional project teams to bring the teams to consensus on definitions and metrics. Support setup of infrastructure for centralized repositories and data definitions.
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting. Gather data from various sources and areas. Review data for completeness and accuracy.
