JOB DESCRIPTION
Executive-Relationship Management
This is a critical role with the responsibility to cross-sell and upgrade the existing American Express consumer card portfolio to Platinum Charge card. The role will be responsible for upgrading customer on existing American Express card platforms to Platinum charge card with an idea to deepen our premium customer base and to help deliver the right product strategy for ICS India. T
Onboarding Manager
Take overall responsibility & project manage travel implementations– to include moves, and ad-hoc projects as required by the business. Update the One Form and the Task List for each client
Be the focal point of contact for the project team during the implementation process. Ensure the Onboarding process is followed (Pre-assessment through to post-implementation stage)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Executive-Relationship Management
- Lead nurturing and cross selling.
- Implementing optimal contact strategy for upgrade using multiple channels of communication such as campaign, CEN, self-generated, IVR/OBTM leads.
- Deepening our share of wallet in the premium segment via upsell, cross sell, industry wise spend expansion and generating referrals.
- Working closely with stakeholders to design and execute engagement and lead generation strategies.
Onboarding Manager
- Ensure all project members are aware of their roles & responsibilities.
- Lead weekly calls, normally phone conference and produce call notes & agenda’s.
- Ensure the project remains on track, all tasks completed within deadline. Update OneForm and Task List accordingly
- Keep the RAG Status updated accurate and timely
- Proactively manage project risk assessment and management including escalations as required for support and resolution
- Conduct post implementation meeting and handover to Traveler Care & CGM
Basic Qualifications:
Executive-Relationship Management
- Graduation
- The incumbent should not be on level 4 or above counseling at the time of applying.
- The incumbent should have a performance rating of G3L3 or better in the last review
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on targets.
Onboarding Manager
- Fluency in English
- Strong project management & analytical skills.. Ability to lead client meetings & produce presentations.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the overall team objective.
- Base understanding of the GBT Branded tools (Connect Client, Expert Care, Expert Auditor, Air Track Expert, GBT Account, Connect Profile etc.)
