We are seeking candidates who will be responsible for monitoring pricing parameters and audit operations where they will be responsible for identifying products through continuous audit
Account Manager
You will engage directly with Amazon’s vendors and multiple internal teams to enable Amazon’s vendors growth on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across major functional areas to drive the performance of vendor partners at Amazon. In this role you will be focused on growing our business with Amazon vendor partners.
Risk Control Analyst
The role encompasses handling multiple payment products investigating buyer and seller transactions involving data mining and analyzing, deep diving on the facts and information obtained through internal and external tools, make decisions basis the analysis applying analytical skills followed by detailed conclusion write up on the findings and observations.
Roles And Responsibilities
Associate – Retail Process, JP, Pricing
- Work at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals, actively seek to understand Amazon’s core values and translate those into everyday practices.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and ‘work-like’ environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
- The ideal remote Amazonian is internet savvy and has technical aptitude when it comes to online tools and research.
Account Manager
- Success will be measured by the performance of your task and deliverables on input metrics.
- Contribute to business strategy development and identify the correct input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs.
- Possess the ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined. Able to make trade-offs between short term selling partner needs and longer term strategic investment.
- Identify new opportunities across a large number of brands, develop and execute project plans.
- Build and cultivate relationships with sellers in your team’s portfolio along with internal stakeholders; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
Risk Control Analyst
- The role encompasses handling multiple payment products investigating buyer and seller transactions involving data mining and analyzing.
- Deep diving on data and information obtained through internal and external tools.
- Making high-judgement decisions based on the analysis and applying critical thinking to form a well-informed hypothesis/recommendation, which is presented through a detailed yet concise conclusion write-up on the findings and observations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associate – Retail Process, JP, Pricing
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Ability to adhere to an SOP driven process and execute high judgement actions and accuracy as per defined SOPs.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Should be able to ‘dive deep’, identify the root cause of the issues, and work on potential solutions with team members/managers to fix them.
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop, Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
- Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs and window navigation.
Account Manager
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
Risk Control Analyst
- Written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response
- Should be a graduate to apply for this role
- Written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to draw inferences from multiple information sources and aptly articulate in the form of a conclusion
