Technical Recruiter
As part of our recruiting team, you’re charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You’re responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Google. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You’re also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
Administrative Business Partner
As an Administrative Business Partner, you’re at the heart of your team’s business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Recruiter
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Create an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
- Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
- Identify team alignment based on an understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.
Administrative Business Partner
- Execute on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, exec expense management, event and budget management).
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions with minimal guidance.
- Participate and occasionally be part of the organizing committee for administrative community activities within the organization or office site..
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Administrative Business Partner
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
