Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, present our products, address their questions, and drive sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback to improve conversion efficiency and product offerings.
  • Identify Pain Points: Understand customer needs and pain points, and clearly communicate why Internshala is the right choice for them.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing products and services based on customer feedback.
