JOB DESCRIPTION
VKYC operations
Carry out customer identification process through video calls
Revenue Manager
Own strategy and planning for the revenue/demand team while working directly with the revenue lead for CRED store. Manage P&L and own key business metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, gross margin, average sale price, transacting users etc. for relevant categories/constructs, as this will be pivotal in ensuring the business achieves its top and bottom line targets
Roles and Responsibilities:
VKYC operations
- Performing due diligence checks & reviewing KYC documentation through video calls
- Need to be consistent, thorough, accurate and credible while performing duties
- Need to be time bound & ensure the requests are closed with in stipulated timelines
- Complete and accurate capture of call interactions. Need to ensure defect rates are kept under acceptable levels
- Must exhibit the highest standards of customer service to ensure customers are comfortable through the verification process and abide by the grooming standards required for the said role
Revenue Manager
- Identify levers to optimize funnel metrics resulting in improved user engagement & consequently higher ROI for CRED’s merchant partners
- Liaison with product and campaign operations teams for defining SOPs and execution
- Collaborate closely with other cross functional teams including finance, supply, marketing, product and central teams to influence their functions and drive business outcomes
- Take accountability for the layout, merchandise for the relevant category/construct
- Play a key role in building and scaling new product features to unlock growth
Basic Qualifications:
VKYC operations
- Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal communication (in English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills. proficiency in any vernacular language is a plus
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Revenue Manager
- Possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in core revenue (P&L) planning function in e-commerce industry (preferably), growth strategy, go-to-market strategy etc
- Have proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Structured thinker and data driven & possess the ability to link various sides of the business, understand correlation between metrics and call out risks and opportunities
