JOB DESCRIPTION
Relationship Manager
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Loan Officer
Verify customer documents and information to ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
Virtual Assistant
Provide administrative support to assigned team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel.
Roles And Responsibilities
Relationship Manager
- Identify and understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and financial products.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Loan Officer
- Conduct field visits to verify customer addresses and businesses.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of verification activities.
- Stay up-to-date on KYC and AML regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet deadlines and work independently.
Virtual Assistant
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Research and gather information on a variety of topics.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Relationship Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management or sales.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Loan Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or business administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in KYC or AML verification.
- Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
Virtual Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
