JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Member
In bank of America you will be Responsible for working in different queues as per the standard procedures ensuring high level of accuracy & consistency. Team would be working on potential fraudulent transactions and claims filed by customers. Team would review the customer demographics and claim details to resolve transaction/claims, also document the research conducted to support the resolution provided. These potential fraudulent transactions /claims would be arising from debit, credit, digital, check & deposit transactions.
Team Leader
Dedicated Servicing Team (Agented/Part-bought) supports Syndicated Loans servicing both ‘As ‘Agent’ and in ‘Part-bought’ lender capacity, mainly for US region relationships. Servicer-1 works on various financial transactions and non-financial service requests received from Clients/Agent banks. Loan IQ is the System of Record to process all such transactions
Manager
The candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties requiring attention to detail, managing day-to-day operations and its challenges
Roles And Responsibilities
Team Member
- Process request from Client services, Sales and Business partners in a timely manner, adhering to laid down procedures and ensure that the established service standards are met.
- Pass accounting entries to collect billing charges from the clients and, also should be able to Investigate and determine any billing discrepancies and pass necessary accounting reversal/corrective entries
- Monitor and ensure to clear all queries as per TAT
- Support the team manager in capturing performance related data and report MIS on a timely basis
- Have innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements
- Seek opportunities to improve process by initiating best practices
Team Leader
- Create, design and maintain dashboards and reports on Tableau
- Ensure accurate and timely publication of data
- Generate reports using Alteryx including data analysis
- Understand and deliver ad-hoc analytics and visualization requests in a timely manner
- Provide account schematics of liquidity structure
- Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
Manager
- Direct Operations (e.g., Safety measures, Inspections, Vehicle availability etc.) for the purpose of providing services within established guidelines and in compliance with related requirements.
- Be a machine learning SME, responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of ML projects
- Be able to articulate complex technical requirements in a lucid manner and is relevant to business use cases
- Perform research and gather relevant information to define stakeholders’ business problem(s)
- Adopt a pragmatic approach and think smart to come up with optimal ML techniques for business challenges
- Leverage latest methodologies and tools to build analytical solutions/applications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Team Member
- Graduation
- Experience Range : 0 to 2 years
Team Leader
- Graduates / Post-graduates with good track record/academic scores
- Experience Range: 3-5 years
Manager
- A Post graduate or an engineer with background in Computer Science, Math, Statistics
- Experience Range: 5-7 Years
