Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes that are suitable for automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that RPA solutions meet business requirements and contribute to operational efficiency.
HR
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resources (HR) modules and will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our HR systems.
Roles And Responsibilities
Business Analyst
- Process Analysis: Work with business units to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document detailed business requirements for RPA projects, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Feasibility Assessment: Assess the feasibility and impact of automating various processes and prioritize them based on business value.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with RPA developers to design automation solutions that meet business needs and align with technical capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
HR
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, OTL, and Oracle Learning Management.
- Work with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend best practices for leveraging EBS HR functionalities.
- Configure and customize EBS HR modules to meet business needs, including defining business rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Business Analyst
- Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in RPA projects.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc., is preferred.
HR
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS functional consulting and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, OTL, and Oracle Learning Management.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12, including implementation, configuration, and support.
