JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Customer Service

Providing assistance with shipment tracking and delivery inquiries and drive regular engagement/quick response. Resolving issues related to shipments (missing or damaged packages, customs delays, or delivery exceptions). CS Engagement via Ticketing module, getting timely response; Keep active track of timely closure of tickets

 

Senior Manager/Director – B2B/ Enterprise Sales

The role entails a holistic approach towards business development and consultative selling with an opportunity to create pioneering, tech enabled end to end supply chain solutions for the Automobile industry at large. Our area of focus is Aftermarket distribution, inbound logistics, implant logistics and any bespoke project which required tech enabled disruption.

 

Roles And Responsibilities

 

Customer Service

  • Assisting with billing inquiries such as explaining charges, resolving disputes and/or claims, or providing information on payment options
  • Analyze and support with insights to improve the process and internal operations and service levels
  • Handling customer escalations-preparing RCA / CAPA and providing the solution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase the performance of client accounts
  • Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements, client NPS management, and providing best solutions to the business

 

Senior Manager/Director – B2B/ Enterprise Sales

  • Identify, profile, build and close large enterprise deals for integrated logistics and warehousing.
  • Build out the business plan and set targets for the vertical.
  • Drive profitable growth across service lines of E2E.
  • Work with leadership on multiple priorities and define the growth and strategic trajectory
  • The candidate is required to work with the Large & Medium OEM & Auto Ancillaries companies in this space and directly interact with CXO/SCM leaders to create solutions that solves core logistics problems of the organization.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

Customer Service

  • You should possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and convey information clearly and concisely.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to keep focus ontheir issue is a fast-paced and complex environment
  • You will encounter complex customer issues that require effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. You should be able to analyze situations, evaluate available options, and propose viable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events where there is increased service demand

 

Senior Manager/Director – B2B/ Enterprise Sales

  • Understanding of Auto Industry Supply Chain is desirable.
  • Understanding of Logistics services is desirable.
  • Experience in developing integrated logistics solutions.
  • Ability to think of solutions through first principle method
  • Candidates with min 4yrs exp in B2B/ Enterprise sales role from Logistics Industry ONLY
