JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Account Executive
As a Mid-market Account Executive, you will be tasked at driving new business by winning long-term partnerships with our Top-Tier mid-market customers in India. You will collaborate with a cross functional team of Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, Product Managers and others to drive customer acquisition and growth through operational & commercial excellence in a fast moving and innovative environment.
Program Manager
The mission of the Uber Global Scaled Solutions (GSS) team is to transform Uber’s best ideas into agile, global solutions. The team is spread globally across the US, India (Hyderabad, Bangalore), Hong Kong, Singapore, and Amsterdam.
Roles And Responsibilities
Market Account Executive
- Construct, forecast and manage sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM. Achieve all assigned sales quotas for the measurement cycle.
- Identify customer needs, understand the business drivers behind requests, and leverage the Uber for Business value proposition to achieve mutual goals.
- Retain and grow your book of business through monthly/quarterly business reviews, account expansion plans, upselling and cross-selling, and building strong consultative relationships while exceeding a quota.
- Drive meetings with a C-Suite level audience to align on partnership goals and get buy-in for account expansion initiatives.
Program Manager
- Work closely with Uber’s business teams to identify and scope out programs/processes that GSS can support and add value through efficiency gains achieved via automation, scale, etc.
- Manage engagements with multiple stakeholders (regional teams, vendors, product, engineering) and ensure delivery of the highest quality within the agreed-upon timelines
- Manage vendor teams to carry out operations and execute projects; establish process KPIs and targets and track them
- Report the status of programs to our stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner
- Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and track project budget and financial metrics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Market Account Executive
- Minimum 4 years of B2B / B2B2C sales experience in a client facing function. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to extract trends and insights from customers data. Executive Presence and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Good with articulation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
Program Manager
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or other technical fields
- Experience with process design and optimization, program management, technical and customer support strategies, and/or quality assurance
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving and driving action
