JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Executive Recruiter on the Cloud Hiring team at Google, you will act as a trusted advisor to Cloud leadership. You’ll be relied on for advice about the outside talent market, as well as how it compares to the talented Googlers we already have in the organization. You will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Cloud for success today and well into the future.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with executive-level management on leadership requisitions and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs.
- Create and execute leadership search strategies across a variety of product areas and functions.
- Identify, evaluate, and present leadership talent to management across Google.
- Build relationships with leadership talent in the marketplace. Identify applicants through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage a search process and help hire talent.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a search firm or corporate environment focused on executive level hiring.
- Experience consulting and managing executive level clients.
