HR- Administrator

As an Administrator, you will have the opportunity to MAKE AN IMPACT by carrying out attendance management processes supporting hundreds of sites across the network. This dynamic role can provide foundational HR administration skills to individuals new to Human Resources while elevating and expanding the career of experienced administration professionals.
Customer Support Associate

Instead we’ll provide you with the training you need to problem solve for our customers. You’ll bring your unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support experience our customers love.
Roles and Responsibilities:
HR- Administrator
- Case management and evaluation of associates who have entered the attendance management process
- Respond to associate communication
- Perform extensive research utilizing various data points to reach a decision on termination or exception
- Review timecards for errors
- Ensure utmost quality and timeliness of deliverables to meet customer expectations
- Strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and look for enhancements
Customer Support Associate
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email – this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance.
- Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
HR- Administrator
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree is minimum
Customer Support Associate
- Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and customer-focused in every situation
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace change
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
