JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Analysis
- Budget compliance (cost management)
- Invoicing and Collection coordination
- Plan and Schedule Resource allocation efficiently
Data Engineering
- Understand all the data that the business holds and create sustainable reporting solutions ensuring the accuracy of the data.
- Develop, enhance, re-engineer, maintain and support QlikView applications to create robust services around business requirements to inform business decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Develop & Implement process & principles to collate, build insights, report & govern KPI’s and metrics related to Account Automation Transformation group.
- Continuously evaluate Accounts/Vertical’s/Service lines to ensure they are meeting KPI’s and meeting deadlines, collaboration with Account Transformation Program Managers.
- Roll out updates in ACE portal in collaboration with stake holders.
- Conduct periodic governance meeting with stakeholders: M-Review consolidation, AHM deck consolidation, Monthly mailers Vertical’s/Service lines.
- Tracking training requirements upskill & reskill for Vertical/Service lines with Eductech/Shoshin school.
Data Engineering
- Take responsibility for Management Information report design and production. Scope and prioritize work stream.
- Participate in the analysis of trends and common issues to prevent future problems.
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
- Liaise with IT service center to facilitate solutions where applicable and assist in data understanding i.e. schemas and data definitions.
- Work with relevant teams within the business to scope and define reporting & dashboard requirements and KPIs.
- Communicate problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, business end users.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Business Analysis
- General awareness on Automation and related tools and technologies.
- Project management: Plan, Execute, Closure, Risks, and Management.
- People management: Collaboration, Team mgmt., Relationship mgmt.
- Governance: MIS Reports, Reviews, Audits, Escalation mgmt.
- Finance management: Budget, Accounting, Charging.
- Documentation: Structuring, Articulation, Representation.
- Soft skill: Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, Conflict mgmt.
Data Engineering
- Should have worked in support & maintenance projects along with couple of development projects
- Should be able to handle the complex Qlikview issues , Hands on expericence in area of qliksense would be good
- Strong data analysis skills, including relational database skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookups. VBA a plus
- Data hygiene, data management, and data processing
- Business Intelligence software experience. Qlikview a big plus
- SQL Data Warehouse Mining a plus
